Mokksha Art specializes in traditional Indian Tanjore painting art, including the sale, commissioning, and training of sacred Tanjore painting, Oil paintings and Acrylic Paintings. We also run the Mokksha Art Gallerry & Institutee, offering courses and workshops in traditional Indian art forms.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes:
Misuse of the website
Posting offensive content
Attempting to hack or interfere with website operations
All artworks are handmade and may have slight variations from what is shown on screen. Colors and finishes may vary due to screen settings or natural variations in materials.
We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but we reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice.
Orders can be placed via the website or direct inquiry.
Custom/commissioned work will be confirmed after consultation.
Payments must be made in full before dispatch or commencement of custom work.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other secure payment gateways.
Artworks are securely packaged and shipped nationally and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are mentioned during checkout.
Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are not under our control.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout or provided upon request for custom pieces.

No return policy on International shipment and custom made paintings
Domestic Orders (Within India)
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@mokkshaart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send packaging instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We suggest you to take a video while opening the package so that it will serve as a record / evidence for both of us to take a positive outcome in case of a dispute.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for Customer damaged products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items sold under gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received back and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days after confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 100% refund is applicable ONLY if evidence is submitted in video recorded format while opening the package when received.
NOTE: The shipping cost incurred by us will always be deducted from the order value, and the return shipping cost has to be borne by the buyer only. An additional charges of 10% + (Bank) Payment gate way transaction charges of order value will be deducted towards operational charges.

By enrolling in our art courses:

Certificates (if applicable) are issued based on completion and performance.
Fees for courses are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
To access certain features (like tracking orders or course portals), you may create an account. You are responsible for:

All activity under your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We are not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
Loss of data, business, or profits due to website usage
Issues arising from third-party services linked to our site
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
