No returns or refunds are available on international shipments or custom-made Tanjore paintings.
If you face an issue with your order, please write to us at support@mokkshaart.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
We offer a 3-day return policy for eligible items, starting from the Product Delivered day.
Item must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation) is required.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
We strongly recommend taking a video while unboxing your order. This serves as valid proof in case of disputes and is required for refund eligibility.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.
Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 working days.
100% refund applies only if an unboxing video is provided as evidence.
Shipping costs incurred by us are deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
An additional charges of 10% + (Bank) Payment gate way transaction charges of order value will be deducted towards operational charges.
